[A] Budget: Looking for proposal

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide 24 X 7 child abuse and neglect hotline services for on the line answering calls, additional calls roll over to an answering service.
- receive and manage rollover calls from the Child Abuse and Neglect hotline, obtain required information, and explain the process for receiving a call back from YFS Intake Staff
- Must have multilingual staff who are skilled in receiving and handling calls from emotionally charged callers sharing graphic information related to child abuse and neglect
- Be available to provide services twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, including weekends and holidays
- highest volume of intake calls with the second largest county (Wake County), only receiving 8,000 calls per year.
- County shall interview potential vendors and request an on-site demonstration of their call/answering process to the team, at a designated Mecklenburg County location.
(2) Approximately call volume will be 18,000 per year.
(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 13, 2020
(4) The contract period will be for three year.
