[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud-hosted, voice over IP unified-communications-as-a-service (UCaaS) and contact center telephony system to enhance internal communications and presence, increase collaboration and conferencing across units, address existing telephony challenges and enhance contact center functionality and its automatic call distribution system for accepting and routing calls for its abuse reporting hotline.
-24-hour abuse reporting hotline and may conduct protective service investigations and develop recommendations to remediate risk to victims of abuse,
- Seeking a modern cloud-hosted voice over IP (VOIP) unified-communications-as-a-service (UCaaS),
- The UCaaS system must provide cloud-based telephony services with a 99.999 service,
- It must also include mobile device functionality and easy call management as well as additional unified communication tools such as instant messaging, collaboration, audio/video conferencing, faxing and the ability to integrate with other applications, API’s and services.
- Hotline receives approximately 24,000 calls annually.
(2) A contract term will be for five year.
