[B] Scope of Service:

Vendor needs to provide telephonic behavioral health services ability to provide continuous phone service with a qualified and trained screener between working hours, Monday through Friday, all day through the weekend, and any other time that the counselling center or university is closed 365 days a year (366 days in a leap year),
- Services for after-hours and  weekend emergency telephonic response and recourse in relation to higher education situations, Instances may include acute distress related to exams, concerns about a  family member or friend, relationship concerns, suicidal ideation, etc. and also serve as a back-up for situations when the JMU counselling center might otherwise be closed,  such as inclement weather, power outages, campus crisis,
- An approximately work volume is potentially 50 per month and 700 annually,
- Provide customized feedback reports associated with student support and crisis intervention through a secure web-based portal so that all interactions with students can be downloaded and supplemental information can be easily attached to a student’s mental health record.
