[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud-hosted IT service management system for that integrates an ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) based ticketing system with a fully featured inventory system with a fully featured inventory system. Any needed assistance setting up and/or porting existing set up to a new system, including but not limited to, configuring the user-facing portal, creating routing rules, setting up Google SSO, creating Agents and groups/teams, transferring existing knowledge base articles, transferring existing assets, etc.
- The IT Ticket system must include the following components: Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, User-facing web portal, User-facing Service Catalog, Knowledgebase, Mobile application, Reporting, software license tracking, and customizable dashboards.
(2) Non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on December 4, 2019.  
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than December 5, 2019.
(4) Contract period will be for one year.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
