[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide help desk support services must offer first level technical support staff what can provide phone-based coverage Monday through Friday from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM as well as full weekend coverage beginning at 7:00 PM Friday evening through 7:00 AM Monday morning
- Contractor must provide onsite or offsite phone-based staff support,
- Contractor must provide staff that have experience providing technical support for a large healthcare organization,
- Provide staff that are familiar with administration of network accounts,
- Provide staff that are familiar with hardware and software support for Windows computers,
- Provide staff that have strong interpersonal skills and high levels of customer service,
- Provide staff that are familiar with working with Service Management tools,
- Provide staff that are familiar with various types of personal devices and phones to include: Android OS, iOS, and MacOS.
- Approximate call volume is Monday through Friday from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM is 25 Calls per day and Weekends is 52 Calls per day.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on November 19, 2019.
(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 18, 2019.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
