[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide statewide crisis line services and system that is capable of serving children, adolescents, and adults with behavioural health crisis concerns for the citizens of state that is available 24 hours per day, seven days per week, 365 days (24/7/365) per year and will include assessment, triage, stabilization, support, resource linkage, and disposition for people in self-defined behavioural health crises.
- Services Administration (SAMHSA) Practice Guidelines and Guiding Principles for crisis services in operating crisis services: avoid harm, intervening in person-cantered ways, shared responsibility, addressing trauma, establishing feelings of personal safety, based on strengths, the whole person, the person as a credible source, recovery, resilience and natural supports, and prevention.
- Hotline service shall be staffed at a minimum by high school diploma or equivalent up to bachelor level crisis staff and skilled professionals.
- All crisis line staff that provide direct service shall receive the following trainings to include, but not be limited to crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques, suicide screening and assessment, safety planning, applied suicide intervention skills training, motivational interviewing, follow-up interventions (as defined above), mental health conditions, substance use disorders, co-occurring disorders, intellectual/developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injuries, dementia, trauma informed care business practice, evidence-based and promising practices, cultural competence and responsiveness, telephonic and text communication and intervention skills and confidentiality.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 08, 2019.
