[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide adult recovery call center services for Crises to telephonically respond to calls from adults, 18 years of age or older, who are in a mental health and/or substance use crisis 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, and 365 days per year.
- after-hours coverage for all mobile crisis teams; to provide telephonic supportive crisis intervention; to improve access to timely and appropriate levels of care; and to decrease the overutilization use of emergency departments and inpatient hospitalization. - Maintain cross-referenced directories, electronic database of services/providers and comprehensive and up-to-date listings of community resources
- Answer all calls with consistent high-quality protocols for responding to emergency calls, including active rescue procedures when needed;
- Answer 95% of calls within 15 seconds and have the ability to measure this requirement;
- after-hours telephone coverage for all adult mobile crisis teams and provide daily reports to the teams of any after-hours calls received from their current clients or new clients that need a follow up intervention.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 15, 2019.
(3) A mandatory letter of intent to due on November 29, 2019.
