[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide 24*7 telephone answering services to call volume Estimated monthly average of 1800 minutes.
- Maintain a backup power system to continue operation in an emergency.
- Maintain redundant critical equipment to continue operating in the event of equipment failure.
- The contractor will email logs from the previous night’s messages, calls by the contractor to DHEC
personnel, and patch through services to designated DHEC staff.
- The telephone operator must answer telephones promptly and professionally.
- Calls will be handled by live operators.
- No more than four (4) rings should be allowed per call.
- Contractor must ensure no busy signals are experienced by callers.
- Maintain a backup power system to continue operating in an emergency.
- The Contractor will contact the designated DHEC point of contact in the event of failure of equipment, shortage of staff, or any other event that prevents the Contractor from sufficiently handling calls.
- DHEC will provide a Tollfree 800-phone number which will be forwarded to the Contractor as all times.
- DHEC will provide the appropriate phone numbers for each of the forty-six (46) counties, the DHEC
Consultants on-call schedule and phone numbers.
- Coverage seven (7) days a week, 24 hours a day is required.
- The telephone operator must answer telephones promptly and professionally.
- EMERGENCY! In an emergency the number of calls would most likely increase drastically over the
estimated monthly average of minutes.
- A monthly base fee based on the estimate monthly average of 1500 minutes per month.
-This monthly fee will include the following Initial setup, dedicated toll-free access telephone number, Message Reporting, Holidays and weekends at no additional change, no vendor-initiated update charges will be allowed, Only the charges as specified under Section VIII. Bidding Schedule will be compensated.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 18, 2019.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
