[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide patient reunification call center operations services require a cadre of on-call staff with experience in communicating with individuals in distress who can be activated and respond to a request to report to a call center (either virtually or in person with a preference for in person) in the event of a mass casualty incident,
- The vendor will provide trained staff who utilize patient tracking data collected to take calls from people who are inquiring about their loved ones’ location and can provide the necessary emotional support and connection when people are upset and traumatized by an event,
- The call center will not be the primary point of contact for incident information but will be where individuals can call in order to inquire about the possible location of loved ones who might have been affected by the incident,
- The staff will receive calls from individuals, triage them and provide follow up calls per an established protocol has assembled a centralized list of injured individuals transported to area hospitals,
- The vendor will provide with the number of staffs they regard as necessary for staffing a call center in an operational period (anywhere from 48 hours to multiple weeks).
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 25, 2019.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
