[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide 24 X 7 afterhours answering service during and after normal business hours. During normal business hours, calls will roll-over to the answering service when Consulate staff are not available to answer the call.
- All calls will automatically roll-over to the answering service during non-business hours herein referred to as after-hours.
- Business hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:00 pm, except on Local and US holidays
- All other hours are considered after-hours
- The contractor will provide a twice-daily call log (7:30am and 1:30pm local time) with the number, types of calls, and messages received.
(2) Approximately call volume will be 600 to 1000 per month.

[D] Work Performance:

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
