[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide 24X7 after-hours inbound telephone answering service,
- Hours of Answering Service Operation,
- Weekdays – 24hrs/7days
- Weekends – 24hrs/7days
- County Holidays – 16 scheduled holidays per year, calendar to provided January of each year.
- Special Situations – Outages, such as fire drill or loss of power.
- Approximately call volume will be for 2500 incoming calls,
- Operators will promptly answer calls and dispatch messages during no business hours, overflow of calls, and office closures,
- Operators will escalate emergency calls as defined by Capital Development and Buildings Administration processes and procedures and contact the appropriate on-call individuals using the pre-defined and prioritized on call information,
- Web portal configured for each Capital Development and Buildings Administration to have specific access including on call and contact information,
(2) A contract term will be for two years.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
