[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide 24 X 7 inbound tobacco quitline and data collection and reporting services are tailored to each participant’s needs, and include screening, assessment, reactive (caller-initiated) counselling, and multiple-call proactive (counsellor-initiated) counselling.
- Callers that require Spanish-language services will receive support by a Spanish- speaking quit coach or will receive culturally-appropriate triaging to real-time interpretation services.
- Telephone and video relay services are ADA accessible and capable of receiving calls from deaf, hard of hearing and speech impaired participants using telecommunications devices for the deaf and telecommunications relay services including video relay.
- Contractor shall tailor text-based services to participants’ quitting plans, and include counselling call reminders and prompts to connect with a cessation counsellor, tips and games to help manage urges, and mobile tracking of tobacco usage, urges, cost savings and other measures, fully integrated with the web program.
- Contractor may be required to support a mobile app, or develop a mobile app, features and description of the mobile app, and how they will integrate the use of the mobile app into the service and counselling protocols.
- Cessation services will be provided via telephone, the Internet, text-based services, mobile phone applications and other technology/media on a timeline identified by Agency.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 10, 2019.
