[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide telephone town hall services are defined as live town hall meetings which are conducted over the phone during which constituents listen to the state legislator speak on numerous issues regarding their work, constituents may also pose questions to the legislators,
- TTH will range from 1,000 phone calls to 20,000 phone calls,
- Each TTH shall be accompanied by two outgoing calls and three outgoing voicemail messages to constituents and usually last between thirty minutes and seventy-five minutes,
- The day before the TTH, constituents will receive a pre-recorded phone call or voicemail inviting them to join the following day’s TTH,
- The call will include all relevant details informing constituents of the event and can be recorded by the Legislator or staff in the days preceding the actual call,
- Day of Call (or Voicemail): When the TTH begins, constituents will receive a pre-recorded TTH phone-call inviting them to participate in the TTH,
- The message for this phone-call can be recorded by the Legislator or staff in the days preceding the actual call,
- If constituents do not pick up their phone at the start of the TTH, they will receive a separate pre-recorded voicemail explaining why they received a call, voicemail message can be recorded by the Legislator or staff in the days preceding the actual call,
- Patched-through Questions: constituents on the live TTH will have the ability to be patched through to ask the legislator questions live that will be heard by everyone on the call,
- Pre-recorded calls are not expected to be more than 30 seconds in duration,
- Telephone Town Halls are not expected to be more than 75 minutes in duration,
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 15, 2019.
