[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide afterhours inbound answering services for incoming emergency calls and police matters of corrections facilities operate on a continual 24-hour basis, 365 days per year and Delivery shall take place Monday through Friday, during normal business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., excluding state holidays,
- Answering services for the department of correction, parole, halfway houses and community services division.
- Approximately call volume will be for 1,500 incoming phone calls to the dedicated line per month,
- Answering service will be responsible for text messaging and or calling the appropriate officer or supervisor as designated by the director for police matters, the department of correction will provide an alphabetical listing of officers to text message or call,
- Answering service shall be required to log all incoming calls, log shall include the name and phone number of callers, town in which caller is located, name of person text messaged and or called, message left if any, times of call, text message and or call and time of response.
(2) A contract term will be for two years.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
