[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide inbound and outbound telephone answering services for various departments and divisions, including but not limited to public utilities, facilities management, parks recreation and natural resources and air and water quality.
- Telephone answering services has a main telephone number, 941-861-5000, which is in operation Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Main telephone number will forward calls to the answering service telephone number provided by the Contractor outside of normal operation times.
- An approximately work call volume will be 800-1,000 initial calls per month, but the number may vary from this estimate, 300–500 calls of public utilities, 90 calls of facilities management, 450 calls of parks, recreation and natural resources department and 10-25 calls of environmental protection.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 20, 2019.

[D] Work Performance:

Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
