[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide 24 X 7 after- hours inbound and outbound professional answering services to answer calls to the city after normal business hours Monday through Friday, all day Saturday and Sunday, all day on Holidays, and during Emergencies
- Services include Weekdays 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., Weekends beginning Friday at 5:00 p.m. to Monday at 8:00 a.m., Holidays 24 hours per day and Emergencies as required.
- Services to be performed are answering, assigning, relaying, and recording/documenting all calls in
accordance with City procedures and protocol,
- Approximately 1185 inbound and outbound calls per month,
- To answer multiple calls from the Department during the designated hours of service needed by the City,
- In order to assist in answering customer needs for service, the services shall be provided in:
- English, Spanish, By Telecommunications Relay Service also known as relay service or IP-relay (English and Spanish),
- Services must be performed 365 days per year, including holidays and weekends.
(2) A pre-bid meeting will be held on July 3, 2019.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
