[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide call center management and fundraising consulting and project management services to.
Call Center Program Management
o Providing on-site programmatic and personnel management of paid student callers, using existing Campus Call software.
o Program Management includes:
- Leveraging Call Center talent, technology, and other resources to execute fundraising programs (see Fundraising Consulting and Execution below)
- Provide on call support for all student calling shifts
o Personnel Management includes:
- Recruiting, hiring, and training student callers.
• Student callers must be current or recent students in good standing.
• Student callers will be employed by the strategic partner and eligible for applicable incentives and bonuses based on performance.
• Provider to include student wages in bid. Fair Wage/Fair Work applies.
o Please include resume(s) of primary personnel expected to manage Call Center on-site. the approval right for the on-site personnel.
- Fundraising Consulting and Project Management
o with direction and guidance from University develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies for raising revenue and increasing engagement with alumni, parents, friends, and others, which could include:
- Leverage student workers to support special non-phone campaigns, such as peer-to-peer texting, giving days, personalized video content, prospect qualification and meeting scheduling, social media advertising, and re-targeting donors that didn’t complete their online giving form.
- Recommend segmentation strategies, leveraging provided constituent data.
- Provide full program analytics support, including list/segmentation modelling where needed.
- Fulfil telephone-based pledges using non-phone channels, such as email, texting, and direct mail, increasing and maintaining optimal fulfilment rates.
- Provide ongoing strategic and benchmarking support to assist in reaching fundraising and engagement goals.
- Custom statistical modelling to improve annual fund results.
- Hardware and hardware maintenance needed for the Call Center, including computers, phones and headphones, connectivity to the servers, monitors, printers, etc. to run the Call Center
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 15, 2019.
(3) A contract period will be for six years.
