Government Authority located in Ireland looking for expert vendor for out of hours emergency call answering service.

[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide out of hours emergency call answering service.
- From 4.30 pm to 9.30 am, the next morning, Monday to Thursday.
- From 4.30 pm to 9.30 am, the next morning, Friday.
- All Day (24hrs) on Saturday and Sunday.
- All Day (24hrs) on bank holidays, public holidays and days when county council offices are closed.
- Between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm, Monday to Friday, in the event that county council is unable to take these calls.
- The service provider must provide the service in both the English and Irish language. It is satisfactory that callers requesting the service in Irish receive a call back in the Irish language. However, callers should not be expected to wait an excessive time for a call-back.
(2) Approximate call volume will be 2,500 to 3,000 calls per annum.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than May 1, 2019.
(4) Contract term will be two years.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
