[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide telephone answering services to provide telephone support from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.  Monday through Friday During this period of time, the main function of the answering service is to ensure that persons reporting cases of alleged abuse and neglect do not receive a busy signal, are not placed on hold and are not asked to wait until a report of their call can be taken.
- 10:30 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. Monday through Friday During these hours, all calls will be transferred to the answering service and a designated DMCPS worker will be phoned with information regarding all calls alleging abuse and/or neglect.  Reports taken for all calls will be faxed and emailed to the Access Supervisors.
- The purpose of the telephone answering service is to ensure persons reporting cases of alleged abuse and neglect do not receive a busy signal, are not placed on hold/asked to wait until a report of their call can be taken and are able to reach a person in the event any technical problems occur with phone system.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 15, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be for one year.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
