[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide in-bound and out-bound phone answering and messaging services for texting messages and accepting international calls.
- Call Volumes will be 300 to 400 Calls per month.
- The offeror's capabilities including inbound and outbound phone answering and messaging services, response/ring time, follow-up contact calls, capability for texting messages and accepting international calls, the capability to take messages according to client designated schedule, the capability to take messages as specified by the client.
- The purpose of this RFP is to provide: Non-automated, professionally trained agents with neutral accents and bilingual agents fluent in commonly spoken languages, such as English and Spanish for the OME telecommunication requirements. Services to include in-bound and out-bound phone answering and messaging services, capability for texting messages and accepting international calls.
(2) Contract period will be for five years.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
