[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide answering, help desk and elevator service that will support the help desk/call centre needs for twenty-four hours a day; seven days a week from 8:00 A.M to 5:00 P.M.
- The vendor will answer Approximately 150 calls/month, 37 calls/week., the customer will be offered an option to press a key on their phone to talk with a representative.
- provide 24 hours per day 7 day per week monitoring on fire, elevators and security alarms transmitted to the central station and provide appropriate dispatch response to the alarm.
- Maintain call down lists for each facility and perform call downs on receipt of the alarm.
(2) Contract period will be for three years.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
