(1) Vendor needs to provide centralized network operations center/security operations center and 24 X 7 call center support services.
- Receives calls / opens trouble tickets.
- Updates incident tickets for root cause analysis and corrective action.
- Escalate / communicate issues as defined by policies and escalation procedures.
- Close incident tickets.
- Respond to password reset requests during normal business hours.
- Support requests from local operations supervisor.
- Manage and perform incremental and full backups.
- Resolution of false positives and nuisance alarms via event management tool.
- Document and further escalate issues as needed.
- Logs incidents and requests.
- Monitors events and alarms related to network operational status.
- Monitors events and alarms related to system security posture.
- Security incident response and reporting.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 27, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be one year.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
