[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide after-hours answering services for Emergency Call-Out and Routing for Working hours Monday - Friday 5:00 P.M. to 6:30 A.M and Saturday – Sunday coverage begins Friday 5:00 P.M. and Ends 6:30 A.M. Monday.
- The number of calls for each emergency cannot be guaranteed by the District. Call volume for past, geographically localized events has ranged from 500 to 1,000 calls over a one-year period.
- Secure the services of one qualified contractor who will maintain and operate a toll-free call center to respond to after-hours calls from the District’s School Police office in the event of an emergency
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 22, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be for five years.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
