Vendor needs to provide regional crisis line services to include ability to track phone calls with average speed of answer less than 30 seconds, ability to track abandonment rate as callers who hang up after 30 seconds, must have access to TTY and interpreter services as needed, meet documentation standards for crisis calls, respond to crisis calls 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year on a dedicated phone line, how the crisis hotline will utilize instant messaging technology to maximize call triage and incorporate the information into clients’ records, speak to peer role in crisis calls, if any; ability to access warm line services, ability to provide encounter data in 837p format, ability to provide next day coordination with community providers and managed care organizations, receive and reference crisis plans for community members.
