[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide 24 X 7 fraud, waste and abuse hotline services for ability to roll so that multiple calls can be received at the same time, develop a staffing plan to receive calls via the hotline 24/7, capacity to answer multiple calls simultaneously, with the capacity to record messages and complaints, employees who are professional, knowledgeable and courteous in the receipt of all calls, Accurately capturing information, in writing, pertaining to the caller, the date and time of the call, the subject of the complaint, the nature of the complaint, and the substance of the complaint, able to discern calls of an urgent nature and be able to refer the caller accordingly, Create a secure, confidential database into which information detailing the substance of the complaints are recorded, ensuring and providing the capacity to answer multiple calls simultaneously.
- Internet-based reporting system through a secure website customized, standardized web form allowing the complainant to submit allegations through the website, receive follow-up communication regarding complaints, accessible to persons with disabilities, including, but not limited to, accessible elements such as alt tags, long descriptions, and captions for photos, graphics, scanned images and video, tracked in an integrated case management system, generate and deliver an electronic notification to the county of all subsequent and follow up communication between the intake representative and the complainant and track initial complaints and any subsequent follow-up contact with complainants on the same allegations.
(2) A not-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on March 11, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than March 13, 2019.
