[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide after-hours dispatch and telephone answering services shall accept telephone calls by live operators stationed at 24‐hour call centers that can forward messages and emails to designated staff and must have the ability to evaluate and prioritize the severity of important calls.
- The services will be used on an after‐hours schedule, occasionally during regular business hours on an as needed basis and holidays.
- After‐Hours telephone answering services to support the city department during night, holiday, weekend hours, or on occasional as needed basis during normal business hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm M‐F MST.
- City receives an average of 180 calls per month.
- Call reporting statistics on a monthly basis for the term of the agreement, reports shall contain the following information total number of calls offered identifying English and Spanish, Total number of calls answered identifying English and Spanish, total number of calls abandoned, average length of calls, total number of calls requiring immediate attention, percentage of answered calls within 120 seconds of call offered and percentage of answered calls within 180 seconds of call offered.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than February 25, 2019.
