[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide 24 X 7 X 365 days community crisis response and intervention answering services that provide adults and children with clinical screening either in person at the location of crisis or telephonically to de-escalate the crisis and provide linkage to ongoing treatment and other resource.
- Must provide a crisis answering service, which is fully staffed at all times, must answer all calls promptly and professionally, no automated system may be utilized, all incoming callers should be greeted by a live representative.
- Regional map and the appropriate phone numbers to transfer the call to the appropriate crisis team.
- Follow up system on active calls to be sure messages are received.
- All calls must be answered within a 10 second wait time.
- Medical emergency and operators experienced in handling difficult callers and people in crisis in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Must have a supervisor available or present on all shifts, a fax machine or email access for receiving emergency staff changes in writing.
(2) A pre-bid conference will be held on January 22, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than January 24, 2019.
(4) A contract term will be for three years.
