[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide 24-Hour adult protective hotline services to automatically forwarded on a daily basis Monday through Friday, at close of business at 5:00 pm and automatically return to on a daily basis Monday through Friday at 8:00 am, maintain hotline coverage for 24 hours on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Protect, prevent and remedy abuse of elders and dependent adults through assessment, investigation and planning of services to maintain and enhance quality of life, operate a 24/7 hotline/call center to receive and respond to reports of abuse and neglect, receive reports of known or suspected abuse of elders and dependent adults, capacity to answer at least two simultaneous phone calls without dela, capacity to remain operational during a man-made or natural disaster.
(2) An optional pre-bid conference will be held on January 11, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than January 18, 2019.
(4) Contract period will be one year.
