[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide Call Center and Nurse Triage Services for
- Customer service support to Call Center for members and providers;
- Customer service and clinical support Behavioral Health Line to members and providers,
- Customer service and clinical support to  Nurse Advice Line for members; and
- Engagement Strategies to support welcome calls, program reminders, notifications, as well as other programs as requested.

i. Medi-Cal: 5:30 pm-8:00 am
ii. OneCare: 8:00 pm-8:00 am
iii. One Care Connect: 8:00 pm-8:00 am
iv. Behavioral Health Medi-Cal: 5:30 pm-8:00 am
b. Business Hours, as needed
i. Medi-Cal: 8:00 am-5:30 pm
ii. OneCare: 8:00 am-8:00 pm
iii. OneCare Connect: 8:00 am-8:00 pm
iv. Behavioral Health Medi-Cal: 8:00 am-5:30 pm
c. 24/7 support, including holidays
i. Nurse Advice Line
d. Holidays (24-hour support).
- Language Translation Services for utilize an interpreter service which shall include a full suite of
translation and interpretation services for various languages and dialects. Must include Spanish, Vietnamese, Farsi, Korean, Chinese, and Arabic.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than December 20, 2018.
(3) A contract period will be for three years.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
