(1) Vendor needs to provide Call Center Development and Implementation Services to assist with implementation of developing a call/contact center for in order to enhance the client experience, increase surrounding veterinarian referrals, and increase overall staff and faculty satisfaction for
- Standardize and organize scheduling protocols and reference documents to facilitate Client Services representative (CSR) job tasks in addition, improve the Client Experience.
- Streamline communications between CSRs, Coordinators, and clinicians.
- Pursue additional technology enhancements, including additional media channels associated with the veterinarian portal.
- Create a Learning and Performance program to improve staff retention and the delivery of the Client Experience.
- Create a Quality Assurance program.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than December 17, 2018.
