[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide vacation rental compliance 24/7 call center hotline services to receive and process calls that report code compliance or nuisance issues on vacation rental properties and able to receive calls 24/7 and respond with timely communication relating to vacation rental nuisances is essential to operation of the compliance department and the quality of life for the residents.
- Ability to take calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Call the Compliance Officer on duty within 1 minute of completing an incoming complaint call on a rental property.
- Ability to send information from the complaint call via text message or email.
- Cross reference if the address called on is a registered vacation rental.
- Ability to add notes and further details to an existing logged call after the on-duty Compliance Officer has responded to the initial request from the Call Center.
- Call Center system must automatically notify all incoming callers that their call will be recorded for quality assurance purposes.
- Record all incoming calls and keep a copy.
- Record the time/date stamp of all outbound calls.
- Strive to pick up incoming calls within 20-25 seconds, or within 3 rings.
- Able to receive and answer up to 4 incoming calls at the same time and answer each call within 3 rings.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 2, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be three years.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
