[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide inbound and outbound call centre services for eligible students pursuing post-secondary education.
- Contact Centre must be 9am to 4pm Pacific Time, Monday through Friday except for statutory holidays observed by the public service in state.
- Contact Centre is to manage the high volumes of inbound calls, may also include other types of inbound and outbound contact,
(2) An approximately work volume from January to October 99,777 calls and Monthly Average of 9978 calls.
(3) Contract period will be three years.

[D] Work Performance:

Performance of the work will be Offsite and Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
