[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide 24 x 7 payment extension call center services that accepts calls from customers Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- To assist in handling inbound collections (payment extension, disconnect, pending disconnect and reconnect) call volume with the potential of handling additional call types in the future.
- The call mix is similar among all call types: 80% English and 20% Spanish.
- Seasonal calling trends and peak calling periods sometimes cause service levels goals to be unmet, the busy season is generally July through October, the peak calling period is generally 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. daily, collection calls (payment extensions) occur slightly earlier – 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. daily and the busiest day(s) of the week are generally Mondays and days following a holiday.
(2) An approximately work volume will be 11,667 calls per month.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than November 6, 2018.

Performance of the work will be Offsite and Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
