[A] Budget: Looking for proposal

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide telephone answering services between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Monday through Friday except Wednesday when the office opens at 9:00 a.m. and 24 hours a day for weekends and official city holidays.
- Customer Service takes approximately 127,000 calls each year assisting customers with payments, questions and stopping and starting services.
- Answering service for after hours to handle any incoming calls and emergency service calls to our operations center staff.
- Record all calls and archive all calls for 90 days.
- Answering Service must have a minimum minute allowance of 1000 minutes of transaction logs to a specified number daily.
- Answering service will also maintain a daily record of the calls received, a disposition of those calls and email them to the provided distribution list by 7:30 a.m. of the next business day.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 8, 2018.
