[A] Budget: Looking for proposal

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide 24-hours emergency and afterhours answering services for the purpose of this contract and the 1-800 number shall remain in the County’s ownership.
- The answering service shall be required to receive and dispatch calls outside of regular business hours, Monday through Friday, and 24-hours service on Saturdays, Sundays, all applicable Statutory holidays and any other closure deemed necessary by the county.
- Emergency calls are generally defined as water problems, sewer problems and road emergencies, for example and non-emergency calls are generally calls regarding missed garbage pickups, recycling boxes and hours of operations, for example.
- Calls of a general inquiry type will also be received and may
require general information only and do not require a dispatch call.
(2) An approximately work volume will be 410 calls per month.
(3) All question must be submitted in written no later than October 25, 2018.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
