[A] Budget: Looking for proposal

[B] Scope of Service:

Vendor needs to provide 24 X 7 call center services for international trade administration.
- Call Center Support service provider to provide professional experience in trouble shooting and guiding customers step-by-step to solve their technical issues; to identify when escalation is needed; and to escalate appropriately.
- Call Center Support services to provide 24/7 Tier 1 call center support to approximately 3,000 staff and contractors located in over 200 domestic and international locations.
- The service provider shall maintain ongoing support services operations including closing out helpdesk tickets within documented Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- The service provider shall manage the day-to-day enterprise-wide IT customer support center. Service provider shall ensure customer satisfaction through best efforts to reach resolution on the first-call and providing a seamless transfer to the appropriate support team and continued communication throughout the life of the work request.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
