[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide business process outsourcing services.
- Call Center support to handle approximately 4,500 to 5,500 District customer calls per month.
- Support hours of operations will be Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Pacific Standard Time.
- Support of these calls will be in Spanish and English.
- Customer call routing recommendations from the district to BPO to ensure customer call routing is seamless to the customer.
- BPO customer support will be inbound calls only.
- Summer months experience a slight spike in inbound call volume averaging approximately 5,500 calls per month from May to September Average handle time of these calls is approximately 5 minutes per call. Initial hours of operations will be Monday through Friday, :00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Pacific Standard Time.
(2) A non‐mandatory pre‐proposal conference will be held on October 11, 2018.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than October 15, 2018.
(4) Contract period will be two years.
