[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide 24 X 7 after-hours phoneline response service that is staffed during normal business hours during Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. to answer calls Monday through Friday from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 a.m., weekends and county holidays and also answer calls Monday through Friday from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 a.m., weekends and county holidays to answer and manage after-hours calls to the area agency on aging and to the older adult protective services hotline.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 8, 2018.
(3) A pre-proposal conference will be held on October 5, 2018.
(4) Contract term will be one year.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
