[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide demand responsive transportation services to seniors ages 65 and older and disabled residents during Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday and
Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. inclusive of reservation call in-take, callouts, dispatch service, coordination of vehicle drivers, coding of transportation destinations, and statistical and clientele reports.  
- Operation of dial-a-ride services, including but not limited to: management, personnel, reservations and scheduling, dispatching, operations, maintenance, vehicles, fuel, insurance, record keeping and reporting, computer hardware and administrative software, telecommunications equipment and system, and vehicles for driver relief and road supervision.
(2) Approximate call volume will be 1,750 calls hours in 1st year, 1,850 calls hours in 2nd year, 1,900 calls hours in 3rd year, 2,000 calls hours in 4th year and 2,000 calls hours in 5th year.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than October 4, 2018.
(4) A pre-proposal conference meeting will be held on October 2, 2018.
(5) Contract term will be two years.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
