[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency 911 call taking system for the technical refresh of the E-911 Call Taking Systems.
 - Call Taking System must be fully redundant so that no single point of failure will affect successful 9-1-1 call delivery and must simultaneously interconnect to multiple voice switches without relying on one to be the 9-1-1 call aggregation point
 - Digital Logging Recorder
 - Geo-Diverse redundancy deployment
 - A definitive solution for post-cutover support services
 - Demonstrated support for automatic, recurring to Automatic Location Information database updates
 - Provides an Integrated Telecommunication Device for the Deaf capability
 - A fall back capability to answer an E-911 call in the event of server or call taker workstation failure. In the event of a server failure, system operation shall automatically transfer to the backup server with no lost calls and automatically reroute the call to an alternate workstation
 - Capable of capturing ANI/ALI information in the event a caller disconnects before the dispatcher answers, and shall indicate the call was abandoned and display the ANI/ALI related to that call
 - Capable of talking to E-911 callers without a push-to-talk function
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 19, 2018.
