[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide help desk phone system to system shall accommodate up to 20 personnel, There is one incoming line user’s call to contact the help desk by dialing a four digit extension (4357). Once the call comes in the system shall route the call in a roll around fashion to each logged in phone until the call is answered, the user hangs up or the call is transferred to voice mail if no technician answers. Each technician will have a personal line in addition to the help desk line. If the technician calls out from their personal line, the number displayed on the receiving caller id should be masked as the help desk number (4357). The phone system should have the capability to automatically default to the afterhours notification at 1630pm on work days, 1530pm every other work Friday until 0600am the
following morning as well as weekends, regular days off and holidays. The phone system should
have the capability to forward after hour’s calls to a cell phone number or voice mail box that
immediately notifies the on call personnel that a message has been left. The phone system
should also provide detailed call center reports.
- provide a quote to include all hardware software identified in this scope of
work, installation services, one year parts and labor warranty, training and any other materials
required to complete the installation and establish the functionality of the system
- on site for installation of the phone system must be escorted at all times by depot personnel or file the necessary paper work.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 5, 2018.
(3) This bid is Set Aside for Total Small Business.
