(1) Vendor needs to provide Translation Services of 350,000 words for a year on an as required basis for government authority.
(2) Vendor should provide translation from English into French but there will also assignments from French to English.
(3) Contract period shall be for one (1) year and it may extend for two (2) additional one year priods.
[C] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite or Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their or our office location.
