This RFI is intended to gather information that could assist the Province in the development of a future procurement process. In the event that sufficient information is received, we may, but is not obligated to, initiate a competitive bidding opportunity.<br />
<strong>[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals<br />
[B] Scope of Service:</strong><br />
(1) Contractor needs to provide call center services with minimum hours of operation – 8:30 am – 4:30 pm (PST) (exceptions &#8211; BC Stat Holidays)<br />
(2) Contract will be for a period of four (4) years.<br />
(3) Confidentiality/Security/Privacy – the call centre must protect the security of the Clients, the system and the records and all records must be kept confidential.<br />
(4) Estimated period call volumes as follows:  Feb – June  40,000+, July – Sept 50,000+, Oct – Nov 20,000+, Dec – Jan 25,000+.<br />
(5) Estimated telephone call transaction length – 4 minutes (3.5 minutes to answer and respond to Client and 30 seconds to make required notes);<br />

- 2.35 +/- Million / Per Program<br />
- Avg. Peak / 250K daily<br />
- Program length / 3-5 months<br />
(4) Contractor must provide call center services on a 12 x 5 basis, excluding holidays and weekends.  Normal business hours are 7:00 am – 7:00 pm Monday – Friday, except Holidays.<br />
(5) Calls are to be answered within two (2) rings<br />
(6) Provide Inbound and Outbound Live Operator services.<br />
(7) Data Entry – keying the data of information received into the Department’s CRM database.<br />
(8) Web transactions – this includes, at a minimum: receive and respond to e-mail messages, text chat sessions, and instant messaging, co-browsing and online forums.<br />
(9) Reporting daily call volumes, IVR statistics.<br />
