We are Missouri; USA based organization looking for qualified and experienced service provider for 24 hours Inbound Call Center Services.

[C] Scope of Service:
(1) Contractor must provide 24*7 Answering Services.
(2) Call service agents will use an on-line program and follow a web-based script provided by us when responding to callers.
(3) Record all calls between the caller and the call service.
(4) Back up recorded calls on a compact disk (CD) and provide to us on a yearly basis.
(5) The estimated amount of minutes needed per month is 2,500 for a total of 30,000 ...
