We are Minnesota; USA based organization looking for qualified and experienced service provider for our requirement of Call Center Implementation
Scope of Service
(1) Development of a business plan, policies and procedures required to operate CRS* for the resort that would include both a call center operation and an online reservations service and appropriate lodging within the surrounding region.
(2) Introduction of the CRS to area business that will be impacted by the CRS.
(3) Assistance with the search of an independent service provider that would operate the service within the resort region, under contract with Iron Range Resources.
