We are Indiana; USA based organization looking for Expert Vendor for our requirement of Inbound Call Answering Service.
[A] Notice Type: RFP (Request for Proposal)
[B] Budget: We are currently paying approximate 158632 USD per year for this contract
[C] Scope of Service:
(1) Approximate volumes of the calls were 9524 last year.
(2) Average talk time will be between 2 minutes - 8 minutes. It will be different for various types of different calls.
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite; Service provider needs to perform work on their own office premises within boundaries of USA Only.
[E] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
