We are India based government organization looking for qualified and experienced service provider for our requirement of Inbound Call Center Campaign.
[A] Scope of Service:
The scope includes handling all types of inbound queries, complaints, requests, sales leads, outbound calling, and response through phone/SMS/web/email/fax. The Firm shall provide its own CRM, IVRS and ACD systems at their own location. Volume estimation for each type of non-voice query/ complaints may be assessed by bidders based on their industry experience. The empanelled bidder will be required to provide following support.
