We are Illinois; USA based organization looking for qualified and experienced service provider for our requirement of Inbound Call Center.
[A] Contract will be for the period of 3 years.
[B] Our approximate budget is 987,000 USD per year.
[C] Scope of Service:
(1) Call Center should be available in 56 states and territories, 24 X 7 X 365 to provide expert advice, care consultation, information and referrals nationwide.
(2) Current volume of the work is approximately 270,000 contacts annually.
[D] Eligibility:
