We are USA based organization looking for qualified and experienced service provider for our requirement of Hosted Call Center Service. We are looking for services including but not limited to Interactive Voice Response (IVR), Automatic Call Distribution (ACD), Voice Mail, Call Queuing, Agent/Supervisor connectivity/Application Software, Security and Reporting integration, Technical Support and Training. Contract will be for the period of 2 years.
