We are Himachal Pradesh; India based organization looking for qualified and experienced service provider for our requirement of Maintaining and Operating our Call Center in Himachal Pradesh (Shimla). Term of the contract will be for the period of 5 years.
[A] Scope of Service:
(1) We are looking for service provider with minimum 5 seats to handle inbound calls regarding our public services 24 X 7.
(2) All call center representative should be minimum 12th pass with fluency in English and Hindi.
